• Cod (150 g, Pollack or Haddock, boneless)
• Soy Sauce (1 tbsp.)
• Mirin (1 tbsp.)
• White Rice Vinegar (1 tsp)
• Vegetable Oil (2 tsp)
• Water (2 tbsps.)
• Thinly Sliced Red Pepper (55 g)
• Carrot (30 g)
• Sugar Pea, (30 g thinly sliced)
• Toasted Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
• Fresh coriander (optional)

Preparation:
Method Adopt the following procedure to prepare Cod with Stir Fry at home

• 1. Take a mixing bowl and add cod, soya sauce, mirin, and white rice vinegar in it. Marinate it for about 1 hour and place it in the refrigerator.

• 2. Grill the haddock/fish in a preheated grill. Once done, drain the fish before and put it into the rack. Preserve the marinade for later use.

• 3. Cover the grilling pan with aluminum foil.

• 4. Grill the haddock/fish for about 5 minutes or until done.

• 5. Now heat oil in a frying pan.

• 6. Add your favorite veggie and stir fry for about 1 minute.

• 7. Add water and remaining marinade.

• 8. Let it cook for one more minute until it’s hot enough.

• 9. Put the vegetables on a hot plate and add grilled cod. Garnish it with coriander and sesame seeds.
